We were asked to undertake alterations and renovations to a property in Little Cornard. We removed the party wall chimney from ground to first floor, then installed Helifix rods to the mortar joints in order to stop any movement from occurring. We then removed the load bearing wall on the stairs and installed a new oak frame. We also upgraded the thermal insulation to the property.

On the exterior of the property, we installed stainless steel EML prior to rendering. We also built a fantastic 8 metre arch wall to link the house and garage.
