Its been a busy week at Layham. We have been installing a fabulous new kitchen from Churchill Brothers which is now almost finished. We have also fitted a French drain to the exterior of the property which will prevent ground and surface water from entering and damaging the foundations of the property.

We have started a complete renovation and upgrade to a property in Long Melford which is progressing nicely.

We have had a busy week lime plastering at our Layham site. We have lime plastered the ceilings and the majority of the walls. Next step is decorating, electric under floor and tiling.
Gable end repairs carried out at Hadleigh this week. Savolit boarding in place ready for the next stage which is lime plastering.
The exterior to the property at our Sudbury site is now complete. How good does it look?!
The bathroom at Edwardstone is now almost complete. Rob has been busy putting the finishing touches to the bespoke panelling.
