Another busy week - in Long Melford the render has been removed and stainless EML (expanded metal lath) is being fixed. This is followed by application of SBR (styrene butadiene rubber latex) which is a bonding agent.
Purpose-made box sash windows made by Middleton Joinery are being installed at Honey Tye.
After a year of working on the site, we are almost complete at Little Waldingfield! Lime wash paint from Ingilby Paints is now going on.
Its been a busy week at Layham. We have been installing a fabulous new kitchen from Churchill Brothers which is now almost finished. We have also fitted a French drain to the exterior of the property which will prevent ground and surface water from entering and damaging the foundations of the property.

We have started a complete renovation and upgrade to a property in Long Melford which is progressing nicely.

We have had a busy week lime plastering at our Layham site. We have lime plastered the ceilings and the majority of the walls. Next step is decorating, electric under floor and tiling.
